Homemade Baked Falafel
A healthy way to eat falafel!
It’s super crispy and goes well with a big bowl of green salad & tahini sauce.
There are two types of people in Berlin. One eats döner, other eats falafel. The second one is probably vegan and falafel is a great choice since it’s the most delicious, budget-friendly street food that can be found in every corner in Berlin. BUT, it might hurt your stomach after eating because it’s fried in poor quality oil. So, I prefer cooking a healthier version at home in my oven without frying.
I eat my falafel patties with a big bowl of green salad with tahini sauce instead of wrap. It’s healthier and goes well with all kinds of greens.
I also shot my first food video with this crispy falafel recipe!
Let’s watch!
