Preferably, drink this parsley and lemon juice mix in the morning on an empty stomach for 15 days. After 15 days, have a break for one week and then continue again.

Half bund parsley (10 thin stems)

1 lemon juice

1 glass of water, cold

Method

In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
