Tuna Spaghetti with Fresh Basil and Lime
Ingredients
300 gr. Spaghetti
2 canned tuna (drained weight is 104 gr for each)
3 tbsp mayo
1 lime juice
Fresh basil leaves
Chopped parsley (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Method
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and spaghetti, cook 7-8 mins until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, mix tuna and mayo in a cup with the help of a fork.
3. Drain the pasta and return to the pot. Season as needed. Add olive oil, tuna mix, chopped parsley, and lime juice and stir to combine.
4. Before serving, lay the basil leaves and lime zest on top.
