Chocolate Mousse

4 portion in 1/5 liter cups

Ingredients

380g coconut cream, cold

250g mascarpone

120g cacao powder

110g grape molasses or your choice of liquid sweetener

A pinch of salt

You can also add
Double shot espresso

Method

In a large mixing bowl, whisk coconut cream and mascarpone at high speed. Then add molasses, espresso, cacao, and salt, whisk again. Portion the mousse into glass cups and let cool in the refrigerator at least one hour.

You can decorate your chocolate mousse with

Chopped pistachios,

Cacao nibs,

Coconut flakes,

Fresh red fruits,

Orange or lime zest
